fourmortals is proud to have served more than 800 artists and 250 agency partners for over 25 years. Last year alone, we produced 280 slots for 100 agencies; producing eight showcase rooms for multiple independent showcase producers. All in all, that's more than 280 showcase slots adding up to nearly two days of performance time!
Our long lasting partnership with both ECE Touring, and Harmony Artists to produce the Mercury Ballroom at APAP has resulted in one of the most full-service and popular showcasing rooms of the last two decades. For large acts or those with unique or extensive technical requirements, it is often the only room that can accomodate their needs.
Special orders don't upset us; With a strong belief that no act is impossible to showcase, the fourmortals' team of seasonsed tech professionals strives to make sure that even highly individualized technical requirements can usually be satisfied.
Each of us on the fourmortalsteam is 100% dedicated to ensuring your event is successful for both you and your target audience. Our goal is to exceed your expectations for every showcase we produce.

ADVANCING THE ART OF SHOWCASING FOR OVER 25 YEARS
The fourmortalsteam is proud to offer artists, agents, and presenters a positive and successful curated showcase experience. We strive to find our clients the optimal showcase slot based upon artistic flow, analysis of alternative showcase offerings, and the avoidance of conflicts with artists represented by the same agency.
Our custom tailored showcasing best practices, developed over years of refining techniques and overcoming limitations, have led our showcase partners to consider us their goto solution. And — as the PAC industry's only dedicated showcase production company, we are proud to have produced over 1100 showcases for nearly 600 artists represented by 200+ agencies in the last five years.
" In my 25+ years of doing showcases and festivals, I have never found a better production coordinator than Crandall Rogers. She puts the time, thought and energy into the event well in advance to make sure the artists and crew work together as seamlessly as possible on the day of show. Of course the unexpected can occur, and when that has happened on rare occasion, Crandall was able to immediately step in, assess the situation and remedy it, all-the-while communicating with artists and crew as to what was happening. She also truly cares about the artists she works with. She wants them to be seen in the best possible light and setting so their talents shine through. One cannot fake integrity, sincerity or simply go through the motions in these multiple-artist settings. One has to have a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence and she has that in spades. She gives 150% all the time. She has my utmost respect and admiration and I truly wish I could clone her. "
